The hotel environment is excellent, very clean, and the rooms are quite spacious. The west-facing rooms even offer beautiful sunset views, which is a really nice touch. There's a large supermarket right next door, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Plus, the self-service laundry facilities on Floor F were a huge help. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

The hotel's service was incredibly attentive. Upon check-in, they proactively helped with my luggage, and any requests were met promptly with a warm and thoughtful attitude. The room's cleanliness was impeccable, the bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, and the decor was simple yet elegant, making for a cozy and comfortable stay. It honestly rivals high-end hotels.

First, it should not be listed as a hotel because there are no other amenities other than the provision of rooms. U have to do self check in using only LINE. The other listed options like WhatsApp, etc do not work. Second, there are no sign boards indicating SHIN hotel leading to the place. On Grab app for transport, u can only find it using Korat Archery Club. Third, it is 20 minutes walk from the 80th Anniversary King's Stadium. I had booked this location because I was there to watch the ASEAN Para Games. There are only 2 provision stores and 2 small eateries within walking distance from this accommodation. The room is decorated in Japanese style. If you only need a place to stay within walking distance from the stadium and the cluster, then perhaps you can consider this choice.

Nice hotel in good location. Restaurant downstairs and cool expat bar Monkey Bar close by. I don’t care for the room with no windows but they also have rooms with windows. Overall good experience

I've stayed here many times. Every time I come to Korat, I stay at this hotel. It's very convenient, very clean, and I sleep really well. Why is it so clean, tidy, and comfortable? The breakfast is also quite good.

This is a basic 3-star property that meets expectations for its category. The hotel is clean, functional, and suitable for short stays. It was booked for family members during a stressful period, and they were comfortable and satisfied with the stay, which is the most important thing. Facilities are simple but adequate, service was acceptable, and there were no major issues during the stay. This is not a luxury hotel, but it does what it is meant to do at a reasonable standard. A suitable option if you are looking for straightforward accommodation in Korat without high-end expectations.

I was incredibly impressed from the moment I got out of the car; the staff were so welcoming. And I even won the lottery with my room number! LOL! This place brought me good luck. I wish I could stay for a week. When I come back, this is definitely where I'll be staying – I've fallen in love with it!

Everything was good – the furniture, the view, the room. However, I wish the room smelled better; it had a musty odor. Plus, I don't think it was cleaned thoroughly because there was a lot of dust around. The first thing I saw when I entered was a cockroach, but the staff were very quick to fix it and moved me to another room. Unfortunately, that room had the same musty smell, and I'm not sure why. The smell made it very difficult to sleep; if I hadn't been so tired from work, I wouldn't have been able to sleep at all.

Price of room same on trip vs walk in. The room wasn't cleaned well. Floor felt greasy and there was a lot of random hair lying around. Bed was comfy especially given the price of the room. However cleanliness is questionable. Fyi the fridge shuts off when you remove the keycard from the room. My ice and desserts melted while we were away for the day.

The outside of the hotel look good, the cafe in front of is nice. The bedroom is big and the bed is huge and comfortable, but the bathroom is old fashion design and the light is too dim.
